If you are a beginner lifter and have completed Beginner Phase 1, 2, 3, 4, or Intermediate Phase 1, 2, OR 3 and feel confident with your lifts, you are ready to take on the next challenge and start Intermediate Phase 4. If you are not a beginner or intermediate lifter don’t let the words “beginner” or “intermediate” scare you. This is an intelligently designed and challenging lower body program which I would recommend both to beginner lifters that now understand my programming style and more intermediate to advanced lifters.

This is a 6-week program that is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The majority of the exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced lower body. The training is set up for 2 training days per week and can be used in conjunction with your current training schedule. Adding more leg training days with this plan is not recommended. It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases. Once you have completed Beginner Booty Program 1 with ease and good form and you are ready for the next phase to challenge your lower body, you can then graduate to Beginner Booty Program 2 which will play off of the exercises you will master in Program 1.

This is a progressive overload style glute training program, optimal for gaining strength and muscle. This program will be ideal for those who are serious about progress and results.

This program is for someone who has...

  • Worked their lower body before

  • Worked their lower body recently

  • Never done or familiar with a structured progressive program (you’ll be surprised how much progress you will see with a little bit of structure)

Even if you happen to be doing other advanced training programs, this is a great program to use to give your body a rest by performing lower volume and lower intensity exercise. This program will give you time to focus on proper body mechanics and will allow you to focus on the activation of the right muscles.
